The earlier September 11 start is revision history, not the final date. This archive does not establish a reason for the schedule change.
What this record does not prove
An empty historical description is not proof that no developer announcement existed during the entire event. The saved window also does not establish current game availability, feature removal, new-car odds, or a code's reward.
The name Adminabuse4 appears in third-party code lists, but its spelling alone is not proof of a creator-announced V4 reward. See the Codes report table for attributed evidence.

Archive wording reviewed September 27, 2026; no fresh V4 gameplay test is claimed.
